Cash on Delivery

We understand that many customers prefer to pay upon receiving their order, which is why Cash on Delivery (COD)is available in supported regions across India.

Customers will be informed whenever additional preparation time is necessary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipment is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through:

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor delivery progress directly with the shipping provider.

Combined Shipping

If an order contains multiple products, Lefcart generally ships the items together whenever possible.

This approach helps streamline delivery and ensures customers receive their complete order in a single shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier partner may attempt delivery again.

After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to the origin facility.

If Your Package Appears Damaged

If a package appears damaged during delivery, customers should:

* Record a clear unboxing video.

* Capture clear images or videos showing the condition of the package and the items received.

* Contact Lefcart support as soon as possible.

This documentation helps us investigate the issue efficiently and coordinate with courier partners when required.
