4. Orders and Payments

We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Lefcart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

* Incomplete customer information

* Operational limitations

In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within India only.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lefcart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers after shipment dispatch.

6. Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Customers must report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product within 5 days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Clear photographs showing the issue.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

After verification, Lefcart may offer:

* Replacement of product

* Partial refund

* Full refund

The outcome of each claim will be determined after reviewing the reported issue, supporting evidence, and the availability of replacement stock.

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange:

* Hand-drawn frames

* Personalised products

* Customised frames

Custom-made items produced specifically for a customer

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, branding elements, designs, and website content, is the property of Lefcart unless otherwise stated.
